The Minnesota Irish Cultural Center (as a nonprofit entity) was organized and filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State in early 2009, and therefore has a relatively short history...but its activities are the natural extension of nearly a decade of work that preceded its existence. Most of that work was performed by members of Fáilte Minnesota, an organization that remains actively involved with MICC in the ongoing, broad-based community effort to establish a cultural center for the benefit of all MInnesotans interested in the perpetuation of Irish culture.
